About the space
BB Rentals is a 1,200 sq ft boutique studio in Pleasanton Ca, designed for workshops, content shoots, and brand activations. Capacity: up to 40 guests (includes all talent, crew, and vendors).

Booking & payments

• A booking is confirmed when payment is received and these Policies are accepted.

• Rentals: Full payment due at booking. More than 60 days out? Pay 50% today; balance due 14 days before.

• A card on file is required for incidentals.

Time, setup & overtime

• Your reservation includes setup and cleanup. Arrive at your start time.

• Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments at 1.5× your hourly rate and is subject to availability.

Cleaning & damages

• Leave the studio as found (basic sweep, trash consolidated).

• Excessive mess fee: $150.

• Client is responsible for damage caused by guests or vendors; we may charge the card on file for damages or policy violations.

Decor & prohibited items

• No nails, screws, or permanent adhesives; use removable 3M/tape only.

• No glitter, confetti, powder, or fog/smoke without written approval.

• No open flames (LED candles only). Balloons must be weighted.

Food, drink & alcohol

• Light catering is welcome; no cooking/heating onsite.

• Alcohol permitted only where lawful and at Client’s responsibility.

Noise & neighbors

• Keep doors closed; respect posted quiet hours and common areas.

Cancellations & reschedules

• 72+ hrs: full refund or free reschedule.

• <72 hrs: 50% refund or reschedule within 60 days.

• <24 hrs/no-show: non-refundable.

• One reschedule per booking.

Accessibility, minors & animals

• Minors must be supervised by an adult.

• Service animals welcome; no pets otherwise (to protect the studio).
